Cleaning expenses of 200 euros included in the weekly price.
1) Guests sleep in the Casa sugli Scogli in the dates quoted above;
2) Payments by wire transfer: down payment of 30% (NON REIMBURSABLE) at booking time; balance 30 days before arrival;
3) Refundable safe deposit, of 300 euros to be given back to guest at departure, provided that no damage because of guest has been given to the apartment and/or its content.
Quoted price includes all expenses during stay. No additional cost will be debited to guests.
HOWEVER, GUESTS WILL HAVE TO PAY THE TOURIST TAX
